Manufactured using lightweight aluminium, with a strong engineering design, Feltes portable gantry lift cranes provide an ideal balance between portability, ease of use and greater load bearing capacity, providing the user with maximum flexibility, as the height can be adjusted to lift different loads.
There are two Feltes portable gantry hoist models available – folding and moveable. Each model can be disassembled for ease of transportation and quickly reassembled in just 5 minutes. The aluminium beams range from 2 metres to 5 metres (loads to 1,500 kg) and 6 metres (up to 1,000 kg). The option of 7 metre and 8 metre beams is also available.
The design of the folding model portable gantry hoist allows for adjustable height in each of the feet on the A Frame supports, and also the main support beam. The will allow the Feltes gantry crane to be used to transfer products between different levels. In addition to being quick to mount, the folding model is also easier to transport and store. It’s available in mini, standard and maxi sizes and has a capacity of up to 1.5 tonne up to 5 metres.
The Moveable model enables the user to move the gantry whilst loaded. This crane design is simple to assemble and disassemble (taking less than 5 minutes) for ease of transportation. Each support frame has 4 swivel castors that can be locked, allowing the operator to easily move the Feltes gantry crane in tight spaces.
Both the folding and moveable models of portable gantry hoist come with a horizontal adjuster and vertical adjustment. The horizontal adjuster makes it possible to change the length of the beam when space is restricted, while the vertical adjustment allows for height to be adjusted through the vertical support column. The folding gantry lift model can additionally be adjusted in height using the support legs.
