Since 1965, Hasemer Materials Handling has specialised in providing lifting and moving solutions that not only fit our customers’ needs, but also lift their performance to greater heights. We provide tailored solutions to lifting and moving problems - from simple and effective chain hoists and vacuum lifting equipment, spring balancers and portable gantry cranes, through to a wide range of manipulators, light crane systems and large overhead travelling cranes.
Based in NSW, we import and distribute a wide range of electric chain hoists, vacuum lifting equipment, crane systems, manipulators and spring balancers throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands with authorised distributors in Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and New Zealand.
Hasemer Materials Handling is the sole Australian materials handling distributor of GIS Hoists and Lifting Equipment, Cranes and Vacuum Lifter; Palamatic Vacuum Lifting Solutions; Feltes Portable Aluminium Gantry Cranes and Tranchero Mobile Cranes.
GIS Hoists, Cranes and Lifting Equipment
The GIS brand has been known and respected worldwide for over 50 years for Swiss quality, innovation and workmanship in Lifting Equipment. Hasemer Materials Handling has sold and serviced GIS Lifting Equipment in Australia for more than 40 of those 50 years, so our links with GIS are the strongest possible.
The GIS range includes electric chain hoists, overhead crane systems, vacuum lifting solutions and jib cranes for loads up to 5,000 kg.
Feltes Portable Aluminium Gantry Crane
In the last 5 years Hasemer Materials Handling added the Feltes Portable Gantry Cranes to our range of materials handling solutions. A product of excellent German design, the Feltes Gantry Crane comes in three models - Folding, Static and Moveable - which can be disassembled for ease of transport and reassembled in just 5 minutes.
Able to support loads up to 1,500 kg, the Feltes Gantry Crane is the perfect transportable solution for lifting heavy loads in a wide variety of areas.
Palamatic Vacuum Lifting Solutions
Hasemer Materials Handling was appointed in early 2010 to be the Australian agent for the Palamatic range of vacuum tube lifters. Able to lift and rotate loads up to 300kg, the Palamatic range is able to handle almost any repetitive processes where heavy or awkward loads are lifted.
Manufactured in the UK since 1985, the Palamatic range is able to handle a wide variety of loads including cartons, sacks, bags, drums, pails, rolls, stone, manufactured items, sheet lifters and pallets. In addition, finishes are available in stainless steel in both industrial grade and hygienic grades for the food and dairy industry.
With 4 different control handles and various handle extensions, the Palamatic range is able to make lifting awkward loads easy. Loads are able to be lifted from vertical or horizontal positions and rotated up to 180 degrees vertically and 360 degrees horizontally. With specially designed lifting tubes and handles, lifting heights of up to 2.1m can be reached.
Designed to reduce stress and fatigue, the Palamatic vacuum lifters have built in safety features to prevent the loads from dropping in case of power failure.
Solutions can be customised to individual lifting processes, and the Palamatic range is used in a wide range of industries including automotive, food, dairy and beverage, chemical, glass manufacturing, wood working, printing and packaging, and general industry.
Kinesys Motion Control Systems
Hasemer Materials Handling is one of the Australian/New Zealand distributors for Kinesys motion control systems. Kinesys is the first choice for lighting designers and production companies worldwide who are looking for innovative motion control systems for staging major stadium and theatre productions. Kinesys is English designed and manufactured and can be used in conjunction with GIS entertainment hoists, to give your production that “wow” factor as a total experience.
Hasemer Materials Handling has partnered with some of the largest production companies in Australia and New Zealand over many years, and we have the experience to provide exceptional customer service and innovative solutions using the Kinesys range.
Tranchero Mobile Cranes
In early 2010, Hasemer Materials Handling were appointed the Australian/New Zealand distributor of Tranchero Mobile Cranes, which are designed to handle and move large loads when space is limited. There are a number of models available which can safely lift and move loads from 300kg to 25 tonne. Tranchero Mobile Cranes have been used extensively throughout Europe since 1954 in numerous industries including automotive, defence, food production, ship building, aviation, plastics and transport, and they are now available in Australia with Hasemer Materials Handling.
Sapelem Manipulators
In 2010 Hasemer Materials Handling were also appointed an Australian distributor of Sapelem Manipulators. These high quality designed and manufactured Manipulators are engineered to safely, easily and precisely handle and move loads. They are able to lift a wide range of products including boxes, tools, coils, barrels, windows and metal sheets, with capacities up to 300 kg. Sapelem Manipulators are used extensively in numerous industries including automotive, food processing and logistics.
